Joyful living from the heart is intentional living rather than living by default. It involves, mindfulness, following your intuition and using your heart consciously, actively and dynamically to have dominion over your health, your happiness and to live your greatest potential. Living from the heart gives you the resilience to be happy regardless of the circumstances around you.

Each person has three brains, the head, heart and gut brain. The gut brain is your resource for body awareness and intuition. Living from the heart integrates all three brains for expanded awareness and intentional living. This is the how and tao of joyful living. Living from the heart is both a science and an art.

A happy life depends on resilience, the ability to prepare for and bounce back from adversity. Life can feel like a roller coaster ride reeling from one stressful situation to another. Its the little daily stresses that deplete our energy over time. Resilience saves your body from the wear and tear of stress, keeping depletion and disease at bay.
